We all started as beginners with zero upper body strength BUT we’ve built the strength, learnt to climb and lift our own weight, and feel amazing!

Join our comprehensive 6 week Intro to Pole beginner course, where we will teach the foundations of pole, basic spins and tricks in a safe and supportive environment.

Intro to Pole 6-week course

  • Learn foundational pole tricks and moves, build up your strength and stamina

  • Practice in a small group with other beginner polers

  • Enjoy a consistent fitness regime with no need to rebook a class every week

  • At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of completion

6-week Improvers Course (Level 1-2)

  • In this course you will continue learning the foundational ground level pole tricks, spins, improve your climbing skill, and build the strength.

  • Perfect for those who completed our Intro to Pole course and keen to learn new tricks and combinations of moves, get stronger and build the stamina.
