We all started as beginners with zero upper body strength BUT we’ve built the strength, learnt to climb and lift our own weight, and feel amazing!
Join our comprehensive 6 week Intro to Pole beginner course, where we will teach the foundations of pole, basic spins and tricks in a safe and supportive environment.
Intro to Pole 6-week course
Learn foundational pole tricks and moves, build up your strength and stamina
Practice in a small group with other beginner polers
Enjoy a consistent fitness regime with no need to rebook a class every week
At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of completion

Intro to Pole, 12 Jan - 16 Feb, Sunday at 1 pm
