Why try pole in our studio?
It’s an amazing fitness activity! By doing pole you’ll build upper body strength, tone arms & abs, and become more flexible.
Pole can be a great stress reliever! For a whole hour you’ll be focused on holding a pole for dear life - so you’ll forget about your problems and after a class will feel much better. Our students say pole is therapy:)
Amazing sense of empowerment - many people feel a strong sense of empowerment, accomplishment and body positivity. Of course! You will be able to perform tricks and moves you never thought you could!
